Screen Repair and Rescreen

Screen is a wear item — UV makes it brittle, branches and pets tear it, the spline shrinks. Repair replaces the panels that failed. A rescreen replaces every panel, which is what makes sense once enough have gone.

What it includes
Panel repairIndividual panels replaced in place.
Full rescreenEvery panel and all new spline.
DoorsRollers, hinges, closers, latches and handles.
PermitA like-for-like rescreen generally does not need one. A frame or anchoring change does.
