Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Strong Tower Aluminum Construction operates under Certified Specialty Contractor license SCC131154028 with the Florida DBPR, and carries general liability and workers' compensation. Certificates on request, before you sign anything.
How soon can you come out?
Repairs are usually scheduled the same week and finished on the first visit. New construction depends mainly on permit review, not build time — you get the real schedule with your estimate.
Do I need a permit?
A like-for-like rescreen, generally no. A new enclosure, structural rebuild or new anchoring, yes. Central Florida counties typically review residential applications in 2–3 weeks, and structural plans are sealed by a Florida-registered engineer. We'll tell you straight either way.
Will my insurance cover the screen?
Usually for non-hurricane damage. Hurricane damage to a screened enclosure normally needs a separate endorsement most homeowners don't have — ask your agent about it, and tell them when you upgrade the structure.
Should I rescreen or replace the whole enclosure?
If the frame is straight and the anchors are solid, rescreen. If the frame is bent or the footers failed, new screen on a failing structure is money thrown away. We'll tell you which one you have.
